Welcome Westminster RE Teachers and Other Volunteers With Youth!

MANDATORY BACKGROUND CHECKS & CODE OF ETHICS AGREEMENT

If you are volunteering to work with Westminster children and youth in any capacity (including mentors, drivers, teachers, etc.) and have NOT filled out a Westminster Unitarian background check consent form in the past two years (or are unsure when you last filled one out), please:

1. Print out the form (linked below).
2. Fill it out.
3. Please give the completed form to Jeannette Bessinger, Director of Spiritual Direction (on Tuesday or Sunday), or Marisa at the front desk as soon as possible.

We keep these forms in a locked drawer and shred them after completing the check.
