The Beauty and Power of Forgiveness
Many religious traditions and cultures around the world recognize the power and beauty of forgiveness – both for those on the giving and those on the recieving side. This morning, as we honor and acknowledge the Jewish tradition of atonement during the time of Yom Kippur, we also look at a beautiful practice that originated in the Polynesian culture called the ho’oponopono prayer. The prayer consists of four simple statments the can change our hearts, our minds and our lives. Join us as we give it a try.
