The Tender Work of Darkness

Celtic poet and philosopher John O’Donohue says it so well….

“Though you live and work in the light, you were conceived and shaped in darkness. Darkness is one of our closest companions. …… something within us knows the darkness more deeply than it knows the light.” In this darkest time of the year before the winter solstice, let us take time to appreciate the deep, sometimes scary, and often tender work we do in the dark inner sanctum of our being.
