Lights, Camera, Auction!

Our biennial auction will take place on May 10, and you can light up the Auction with a donation of goods, services, or gift cards!  Donation descriptions are due by April 19th.

How can you get involved?

Here are a few tips from our producers and directors:

Are you friendly with a local business? Ask for a gift card or basket!
Do you have an interesting skill? Offer private or small group lessons!
Do you like to cook? Host a dinner or offer an item on a monthly or bi-monthly basis!
Maybe you have an Airbnb or vacation home?
Weekend getaways are always an auction hit!

Donation descriptions can be submitted on our auction website, auctria.events/WUC2025SPRINGAUCTION, or via paper forms in Smith Hall during coffee hour.

If you have any questions about donating, please email auction2025@westminsteruu.org. All donations are tax-deductible, and proceeds benefit Westminster’s operating budget.

Artwork; Antiques; Jewelry; Themed gift baskets; Lunch, Brunch, Dinners, Outings or Events;
Specialty baked goods; Extra tickets and guest passes to museums, concerts or events;
baby/pet/house-sitting services; “Re-gifted” items (like new)
