“Equanimity, An Intimacy with Life”
Celia Landman, MA (Mindfulness Studies) is a dedicated practitioner offering mindfulness support to teens and adults. In 2013 she was ordained by Thich Nhat Hahn as a member of the Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism. She works with teens, parents, and folks impacted by trauma, addiction, and anxiety creating customized practices to reconnect wholeness. Celia is a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Her greatest aspiration is to help others recognize their true nature of love and ability. She is the author of the new book When the Whole World Tips: Parenting through Crisis with Mindfulness and Balance. She is a mother of two mostly grown children, a writer, and the servant of two dogs in Litchfield, CT.

Sunday worship services are simulcast on the large LCD screen in Smith Hall on Sunday morning. If you have trouble finding a seat in the Sanctuary, or would just be more comfortable being in a more open space, you’re welcome to watch the service in Smith Hall.
